CDOBites Technology Business Incubator is the official startup incubation hub of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, built to transform ideas, research outputs, and early-stage ventures into market-ready and investment-ready startups.
Based in Cagayan de Oro City, CDOBites supports founders, students, faculty, alumni, researchers, innovators, and external entrepreneurs through structured incubation programs, mentorship, workspace access, technical support, business development, and investor-readiness activities.
Our goal is clear: to help position Cagayan de Oro as one of the top emerging startup cities in the world by 2030.

A pre-incubation program for idea validation, customer discovery, problem-solution fit, and low-fidelity MVP development.
FireStarter
A full incubation program for startups building high-fidelity MVPs, validating the market, developing business models, preparing financial projections, registering the business, and becoming investment-ready.
Beacon Demo Day
A startup showcase that connects incubated startups with investors, government agencies, industry partners, mentors, and potential customers.

Our Role in the Innovation Ecosystem
CDOBites serves as a bridge between university research, intellectual property protection, commercialization, and startup creation.
We work closely with USTP innovation units, government agencies, industry partners, investors, and community stakeholders to help turn scientific ideas and local problems into scalable ventures with real economic and social impact.
Through CDOBites, startups gain access to mentorship, workspace, technical experts, business development support, grant-writing assistance, IP support, prototyping resources, market validation, and investment networks.
