Who Can Apply
Eligibility Criteria
- Technology-based startup at Ideation, MVP, or Pre-seed stage
- At least one founder based in Northern Mindanao (preferred)
- Clear problem-solution fit in a defined market
- Willingness to commit to the full 12-week cohort
- No existing incubation with another DOST-accredited TBI
- Compliance with RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act) consent requirements
